I sit here before a blank screen, no radio and no internet.
I'm practising mindfulness, the unfettered, the uncluttered mind,
These are my thoughts, I embrace my solitude,"Alas Poor Yorick".
If I lived by the sea, I'd study the ebb and flow of the tides.
But I live in London: I watch the weather and the winter light.
It is 12.30pm in Lockdown 3, another twelve hours before I go to bed.
How will the next 12 hours unfold in the life of a latterday Dadaist
First Salami and Sourdough bread, followed by Triadic Ballet.
